Talent Manager – Senior Analyst & MIS
Working for a truly global player and FTSE top 50 organisation in the FMCG/Consumer sector. This is a newly created role working at CoE Group level, interfacing with global and regional talent teams across the organisation, managing a team of two reports.
· The purpose of the role is to manage the provision of Talent Management data, analysis and insight in order to track the execution of Talent management strategies andalign / initiate actions to build a sustainable leadership pipeline across the organisation. Working alongside other developmental CoE practitioners, this role will deliver integrated end-to-end thinking/solution development: from the organisational design, talent life cycle stages to organisational culture and employee engagement.

Responsibilities :
1. Manage the reporting mechanisms and cycle that feeds into HR Dashboard and provides timely relevant data to the business. Coordinate implementation and reporting of the global talent cycle plan
2. Produce regular analysis of talent insights and business relevant recommendations of actions based on conclusions
3. Support the implementation of global talent management practices through regional and global functional talent teams e.g. manages annual updates and communication of talent review guidelines
4. Measure the impact of talent management practices on the health of the talent pipeline. Support development of key talent management and sourcing strategies through effective analysis of critical internal and external talent insights.
5. Lead on the building of talent management insights capability. Provide expert advice and share knowledge and understanding of Talent Management Practices and Metrics
6. Define, design and develop business relevant Talent Metrics.

7. Embed talent management practices via the regional and functional talent managers
8. Manage data quality and governance of Talent Management information
Collaborates with Global OE Reporting & Insights team to ensure alignment, knowledge exchange and meaningful synergies
Experience / Skills

· Experienced HR Talent professional, with proven technical skills and experience in talent management
· Service Level Agreement based supplier management
· Possesses very strong analytical skills with understanding of Talent Management principles, metrics, benchmarks
· Producing and communicating high quality talent management insights
· Analytical, strong attention to detail and coordination skills
· Experience of operating in a complex geographical / functional matrix organization
· Experience in project delivery and supporting organizational changes
· Expertise with Talent Management and Resource systems.
