Our client is a successful global energy company and they are looking to recruit a self-confident and bright Talent Manager responsible for the EMEA region. It’s a very exciting role with an extensive international scope which involves travel.
Key priorities of the role:
•Development of three year talent strategy plan for the EMEA region
•Succession planning
•Management development/career frameworks
•Recruitment
•Performance management

Key skills:
•Solid talent management experience including but not limited to talent planning, assessment, development and retention including knowledge of HR overall to understand the links between talent management and other HR disciplines.
•Breadth of HR generalist experience that encompasses change management as well as talent management.
•Track record of demonstrable success, gained in an environment of scale, recognized for quality HR practice, in both a generalist and specialist capacity.
•International experience and an ability to work cross-culturally with ease.
•Experience of implementing and embedding business wide projects and initiatives that drive effective recruitment and retention of world class talent.

Personal skills:

•Ability to think analytically and conceptually in order to synthesise information from a broad range of sources and develop solutions and strategies that are fit for purpose.
•Good business acumen to ensure the talent management strategies and initiatives are aligned with, and support, the business challenges within EMEA.
