Our financial services client is seeking to recruit a Senior Performance Manager. You will be responsible for the overall design, development and delivery of performance management systems, cycles and processes that are designed to improve and measure individual performance. The role extends to the strategic planning of the workforce’s level of engagement through developing and revamping initiatives, as well as streamlining related processes in accordance with our client’s values. By helping to attract, motivate and retain quality employees at all levels, you will support the client in maintaining its leadership position in the Financial Services Market. Individual aspects of your will include: implementation of guiding principles for differentiating performance in order to deliver a performance driven culture; accountable for the development and implementation of appropriate support workshops and development initiatives to aid performance management; implementation of guiding principles for managing under-performance; design of various engagements and organisational development programs such as work-life effectiveness and health and wellness programmes. Our client requires an individual with strong experience in performance, engagement or organisational development, as well as excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. You will have a background in either financial services or a large multinational.
