We are looking to appoint a dynamic, engaging and highly-motivated Principal Consultant, who has particular expertise in designing and delivering people strategy solutions, around high potential succession planning, talent strategy creation and culture change.
You will play an important part in shaping and raising a&dc’s profile within the marketplace and you will be expected to nurture and develop established client relationships and to use your network of contacts to secure new business opportunities.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

Highly qualified, with at least an MSc in Occupational Psychology, CIPD, or equivalent.

Significant experience of regularly dealing with client contacts right up to Board level.
A strong track record of designing and delivering high quality talent management solutions.
Sound commercial judgement, ensuring we undertake high-quality, profitable projects, which are delivered on time and budget, leading to the development of long-term client relationships.
A confident and persuasive communicator with presence and used to operating at a very senior level.
Well-organised with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
