Workforce Planning Manager Canary Wharf, London £45,000 – £55,000 p/a + Excellent Benefits Package + Market-Leading Bonus Due to a company expansion, one of my clients – a Financial Services organisation, and a leader in their field is now recruiting for a high calibre Workforce Planning Manager. This is a brand new high profile role within HR, with responsibility for a pool of 30 other members of staff. You will have the opportunity to implement a number of exciting new projects, processes and initiatives in a friendly HR department. The organisation is known for valuing staff and offering a good company culture. As part of this job your responsibilities will include: · Recruiting and managing a pool of 30 support staff · Allocating staff to various projects as required · Conducting performance reviews for your pool of candidates and managing their career development including organization of their training and development · Forecasting and budgeting for your pool of candidates · Promoting ways internally to use your pool of candidates more efficiently and effectively For this role we are seeking someone with experience of setting up and managing teams. You will have previously managed at least 8 members of staff. Financial Services experience is essential. You will posses strong academic credentials. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are a must – you must be confident delivering training to various stakeholders.
