Oakleaf Partnership is working with a leading facility, energy & project management provider, looking to hire an experienced Talent Resourcing Manager that is a trusted advisor to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, deliver and implement a robust recruitment and talent acquisition strategy
Report to the Divisional Senior HR Business Partner
Recruit and select in line with the technical and behavioural requirements
Lead the end to end recruitment process
Talent sourcing and acquisition through ‘hands on’ approach
Maintain a talent map of internal and external talent to target for future roles
Maintain and build a talent pipeline of suitable candidates

To fully understand the business and line managers’ recruitment needs
Provide corporate level support to management in areas such as assessment centres and career’s fairs
Develop selection methods to suit requirements of the division and in line with corporate guidelines

Key Requirements:

Confident recruiter with at least 2 years experience as an internal recruiter at recruitment manager or business partner level
Effective and persuasive communication
Use of multi-media channels for direct sourcing
Proven track record of proactive recruitment
An understanding of the candidate market
Ability to plan, organise and deliver a reactive service whilst operating proactively
Highly organised with attention to detail
Able to travel across the UK as the needs of the role requirements
