In this newly created role, you will be responsible for supporting business leaders and group HR functions to establish and manage their talent management processes and other activities to identify and develop top talent, with a particular focus on HIPO’s, leadership development and coaching. Key to your success will be strong skills in all areas of talent management including succession planning, developing high potential programs, coaching employees and their line managers, assessment, leadership development and managing executive coaching programs.
Reporting to the L&D Director, and working alongside an L&D team this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering significant value to the business through an effective and structured approach to talent management.
As the successful candidate you will also possess the following:

Well rounded HR Capability, including Talent, L&D and potentially HR Generalist.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Ability to push back and influence with stakeholders at all levels
Experience working in an international, matrix organisation is preferred
Experience managing across a number of different business units and cultures
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline
