About the role You’ll play a critical role in delivering the HR plan at one of our Fulfilment Centres. Using your excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills, you’ll drive employee engagement and manage change to ensure that our teams are motivated and providing the best possible service. You’ll gain exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on national and potentially international HR projects. By working closely with the operations team, you’ll provide pragmatic, commercial and employee-focused advice and support to a client group of approximately 5 operations managers and 10 area managers. About you You’ll have extensive HR experience at a management level, ideally within a fast paced and customer focused environment. An analytical eye will enable you to solve problems quickly and develop best practice methods that ensure efficiency while maintaining high standards. You’ll be flexible, adaptable and have the skills to develop strong working relationships with employees at all levels. Finally, you’ll be curious and motivated to bring unique and invaluable insight into an ever evolving team.
