Who we’re looking for
PwC’s Resource Management (RM) team has been brought together across our whole firm to enable our business to be even more agile in the ever evolving markets we work with, providing the right people on the right projects at the right time, across all of our services. This is an exciting time for Resource Management at PwC as we build on the professionalism of our people, work closely with the business to develop and implement PwC business and people strategy, and continue to strengthen our business.
We are now looking to recruit a Resource Manager to support the development and successful operation of our shared scheme graduate programmes and Foundation for the Future (FftF) programme in the UK.
PwC has been the UKs No.1 Graduate Employer, as voted for in the Times High Fliers Top 100 Graduate Employers Survey, for ten years running. The purpose of this Resource Manager role is to provide a breadth of experience for our graduates. A number of programmes operate that require our graduates to rotate around our business areas. The number and scale of these schemes have increased and this has created an opportunity for someone to manage all of the shared schemes and provide common leadership, direction and support to these programmes.
Reporting directly to a Resource Management Senior Manager, you’ll support the organisations resource management strategy around the agility and mobility of our people and will support the organisations people agenda in areas such as Talent Management.
Please note this not an in-house recruitment role. Resourcing at PwC focusses on the strategic workforce planning, deployment, scheduling and talent management of our client facing staff. About the role
Responsibilities will include:

Establishing protocols and principles for all of PwC UKs shared graduate scheme programmes and Foundation for the Future (FftF) programme, in conjunction with key business stakeholders
Ensuring the operational excellence of these schemes across areas such as financial management, people engagement, compliance with professional qualification requirements and other Human Capital (HC) matters
Designing and promoting opportunities for improved people engagement within the shared schemes and FftF
Driving communications on behalf of the shared scheme and FftF to the communities themselves and to key stakeholders
Proposing further innovations in the shared schemes and FftF programme in line with business needs
Line management of the FftF Resource Management team
