We have an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated emerging talent manager to join an iconic brand within an international construction company based in London. This role will involve attracting and recruiting talented graduates, monitoring their progress post placement and identifying high potential employees, providing them with the tools and development to become future leaders

Key responsibilities

End to end delivery of the graduate recruitment cycle including ownership over their development
Building and managing a team of gradate ambassadors who will assist with the attraction and recruitment campaigns

Defining a campus engagement strategy including attending networking events and career fairs
Working closely with internal and external trainers in designing and delivering the graduate development program
Building effective working relationships with key internal contacts from graduates through to senior managers
Actively manage the schemes graduate intake during the development programme and monitoring their progress post programme
Ensure the successful development and retention of individuals on the graduate programmes

Candidates will have previous experience designing & managing graduate development programmes with the ability to effectively benchmark new initiatives with the external market. Ideally candidates will have experience working within a similar industry with extensive exposure to building new relationships both internally and externally.
